+What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance, and bring a photo ID and a credit card.
+Is breakfast served?
No breakfast is served and there is no on-site restaurant. Every unit has its own kitchenette, and supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are within a few minutes’ walk.
+Is there parking?
No parking is available at the property. Public transport is close by, with Křižíkova metro station around 350 m away.
+Is there a swimming pool or spa?
There is no swimming pool and no spa at Factory Suites.
+Is there an airport shuttle?
A shuttle service is available for an additional charge and can be arranged through the 24-hour front desk. Václav Havel Airport Prague is 13 km away.
+How far is the city centre?
Old Town Square is 2.6 km away and Charles Bridge 3.5 km, both a short metro or tram ride, or a pleasant walk along the river.
+Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property and is free of charge.
+Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes. Every room and studio has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, towels, slippers and a hairdryer.
+Is a damage deposit required?
A damage deposit of €200 is collected by credit card on arrival and refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
+Are children and pets welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome, and children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. A crib is available on request for €10 per child, per night, and there are no extra beds. Pets are not allowed.
+Are there quiet hours?
Yes, guests are asked to keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.
